Another good day. Lost 8/10 of a pound. Kept calories down to 1,544. Got in fruits and veggies. Drank 11 cups of water. Limited to three 12-oz Diet Cokes. Knee pain was a little worse yesterday, but still only about 25% as bad as it had been before I started losing weight. Haven't had to take any pain pills this whole week except one on Tuesday after the pool. Still need to use the Diclofenac topical gel, though.
I hope everyone gets off to a great start today. It's the beginning of a bright new week - full of possibilities for success. Start off on the right foot and just keep putting one foot in front of another.
