The nice thing about a salad is all you have to do is chop, slice & dice. I add ingredients based on what I like, keeping in mind the total calorie content & nutritional value of each. For the chicken breast I brined them in salt water to make them juicier & more tender. I sprayed each with Pam, then peppered each....sprinkled chopped almonds & panko on top. I gave them another light spritz of Pam & cooked 30 min. in the oven.
