Was out all day at LCI for treatment. I left at 7AM, back home at 8PM. Drank 3 bottles water on my way back. So, tried the Bug Light Next no-carb beer and a handful pork cracklings while preparing dinner.
Low carb high protein rosemary bread I baked yesterday. (12 eggs! for a 10 slice bread). I topped that with a can pink salmon, a diced tomato, diced onion, balsamic vinegar and a few Kalamata olives. On the side a generous slice brie cheese and some grape tomatoes. Now sipping on my lemon ginger tea.
