After our appointments & errands Hubby & I stopped for dinner at Millers Ale House. Rueben & fries. I ate about 3/4 of the sandwich....accidently dropped a portion on the floor :-( and half of the fries. Lots of corned beef!

I was so full, I couldn't eat another bite. This was actually a combination lunch/ dinner.

Gage, 1125 calories for my meal including a Michelob Ultra to drink. Keep in mind this ended up being my lunch & dinner. I ended the day 38 calories over my 1800 cal. allowance. I had dessert (2 shortbread cookies & a mandarin orange) and a glass of wine after I got home.
