Happy Sleepy Monday FS! It was a quiet weekend. I'm not sure what's happening to me but I've lost all motivation to move. I spent the weekend in bed/ couch binge watching Downton Abbey. Never thought I would like it but I fell into the hole & my OCD to finish all 6 seasons. I'm hoping that once my hand & knee injuries from climbing and skiing are better I'll be better motivated. I hate when I feel this way.

Worse is I feel even more sleepy and tired from doing nothing. Not sure what that is. I've heard/ read that not moving can make you more tired. Does that make sense? I mean it did make sense when I read it but I sit here now scratching my head. I'm considering just taking some time off from work and "resting". Maybe it's the lack of vacation, staying home doesnt really give me rest since I still putts around the house & my brain is still functioning like I'm working. I've never learned how to do a real staycation and relax.
