There was a tiny bit of corn casserole left. I split that with Hubby & "fried" up an egg for breakfast (no fat/OO Pam). And of course, fruit & coffee.

Hi, it’s not good to drink coffee with fruit. Coffee interferes with the absorption of vitamins and minerals from fruits. You should eat fruit as a separate meal.👌
