Decent swim (tie for PR, I think) and a walk after dem ribs yesterday. 872 strokes, 10.6 METs, average heart rate 148, with 14 minutes in peak, 9 cardio, so a solid workout. Medium walk later in the evening. I did notch the current up a little because I need to work this body when I'm working out, not just cruise through the water. I'm feeling good again and I like it. Got a kick board on prime day and I need to figure out how to make it work for the little one with the current on. might be an elastic band, not sure.

Another night blooming cactus. I love capturing them when I'm not sure the owners will. So pretty.
