I’m starting with this app two weeks ago and I think it’s great. I was eating too many food every day because of that I’ve just been diagnosed with diabetes and I need to lose several weight. Since then I’m walking every morning and i've changed my food, its difficult because I'm starting but all you guys are my motivation. Each post is great to me. Now when I see all the cals that i was eating I'm like Omg. I only hope don't fall again and to be fit again
