I started out weighing & logging all the ingredients for the potato salad as 2 servings (1 for me...1 for Hubby). Then I realized that would be a huge serving so I divided it into 3 servings. I logged the chicken legs as 2 med. legs. Not sure if it's totally accurate. Hubby kept me honest tonight...I asked if he wanted more...and I might have had another leg...but he said he was full. I realized a little bit later as we sat & finished our wine I was full, too. So we have some leftovers for tomorrow.
