Thanks everyone! Yes Gastro, I did post the oil & vinegar pic. RedBaron, this was my own creation. I pounded a chicken breast flat, cut it in half, salt & peppered it & wrapped each piece in a slice of thick cut bacon. The broccoli was brushed with olive oil & balsamic. 20 minutes in the oven, brushed chicken with barBQ...5 more min. in the oven. Shaved the cucumber with a peeler, added some thinly sliced red onion & drizzled with pomegranate Quince vinegar...added a little sea salt & black pepper. The chicken was very moist!
