Mmmm id love a lick 😁

It was soooo good 😋 

Yummy. I want ice cream now 😋 

I was fine until I saw a post on Instagram this afternoon then the ice cream van turned up, so it had to be done  

Wow! this is a great size 😋 

It didn’t help the diet but you can’t beat a big one 🍦 

I am going to be sensible here. When I fancy an ice cream or when everyone else is tucking into Magnums............I have a Solero. 99 calories and you don't feel left out (much) 

Now that is self control Anne! I'm staring at a tub of Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie🤤🤤..to eat or not to eat, that is the question. 

I am quite lucky in that I don't really like ice cream! Or creamy sauces/cream/mayo etc in general. Can you have just a modest portion? Save the rest for later! 

Sometimes it is better for your diet 🍦  

Ended up having a crumpet with smoked salmon instead. I think I just wanted 🍦because Adpreso was having it. 

Ha ha you’re all to good. I should think a bit more before posting big treats and tempting others but I like to have these treats and keep a balance between healthy eating, treats and exercise 😄 

I'm glad you posted it. Much more of a realistic journey and good to have treats once in a while. Life is for living after all. 

Correct, Suma. Life is full of temptation so we have to learn to handle it! I am no angel when it comes to crisps, chocolate and cava/champagne.
