Happy Monday! Here I am on week 6 of 5 a.m. workouts, holding steady. When will I stop talking about this? Probably when I have completed 8 weeks of working out consistently. I posted this a few years back, thought I would post again for those who may wonder what we mean by 'whoosh'. Fat is stubborn and will fight you before disappearing, do not let it win! Stay the course, keep up with your tracking, working out, whatever you are doing, and it will eventually be forced to fall off. Here is to a great last week of April, and whatever your goals are for this week, I hope you smash them!

Thank you so much; this info will reinforce my need for patience with loosing weight, so far 46.5 pounds lost over two years. Not easy being in the eighties age group, but it can be done. Ten more to go. So happy, happy!
