Happy Easter. See last pic for my Easter homage latte art. It's a bisection of a Cadbury egg and was a total stretch of my barista abilities. Do you see it?

Good solid swim yesterday, I decided I wanted a solid non-stop session without hard crank and that's what I did. I need to master this current speed for a couple more weeks and then will notch it back up. Logged into MySwimPro again and wow, it's a pay app now and it's not cheap. They still have free challenges though, and I'm going to pick one. The nice thing is that I'm not a beginner/novice, looked at that challenge and it was way too easy. That happens never as you get older, so I'm appreciating the infrequent ability to gloat. 854 strokes, average heart rate 139 (low - woot) 10.7 METs. My lifeguard expressing his concern that I have spent too much time in the water and need to come out and feed him.

Did a medium walk, we were going to go longer, but people were driving around like idiots and I just wasn't feeling like screaming at another uber driver cutting us off in the middle of the intersection so we stuck to the less busy streets. This is going to be interesting as we emerge from the plague. I did walk through one intersection of people and the outfits for our normally casual dining spots were, ummmm, fancy? leather skirts and stilettos? not a hater, do what you want, but SP is a chill beer brewing neighborhood, not a nightclub, so it's an interesting evolution. We'll see if it continues once they really reopen the Gaslamp which is the real tourist zone. Per my friends, Little Italy is insane again, which is good, one of my favorite hoods to visit. All good signs we're ready for recovery. also seeing more roller skaters in the street. I need to try that again now that I have better cardio. it was not pretty the last time. I used to be good, we'll see. Not gonna without pads though. Not as stupid as I used to be. Most of the time.

Overall numbers good below, would be lower if I waited another hour or so, but not gonna. It is what it is each day and recording it that way keeps it unemotional. Muscle mass down, blob up, but after swimming and walking, I know that's not a true read and we're good. Press on. Two invitations to dine out today. Still not there. Waiting for the shot. I will with BF because I trust him, but that's pretty much it.
