Maintained for my birthday week even though I had a fried bacon and eggs breakfast twice this week as well as red velvet cake and some other deep-fried delicacies. Feel fine about it. Now on my way to 68kg. Got up 15 minutes earlier this morning so I don't have to rush through my workouts so will try to maintain that as well. Only did 2.5 hours last week so want to get back to a regular 4. Considering aiming for 65kg after that - is it possible???
