I love seeing gorgeous photos of delicious food from people who have learned to maintain a healthy weight without having to fear, avoid or banish anything tasty or appealing. In my opinion, you're at a truly healthy place when you're both physically fit and mentally grounded. I would hate to be in a place mentally where I felt triggered by people enjoying a burger next to me or a photo of pasta which is life.

Summer, I'm sorry if you don't enjoy seeing my food posts. This is my reality...exactly what I ate for dinner last night. I eat a whole variety of foods including pasta. This happened to be what Hubby requested for dinner. Another meal might be a big salad with chicken or salmon on top. I enjoy both and that has become my "trick" to maintaining. I can eat all the foods I love as long as I balance out the higher calorie meals with some equally delicious lower cal ones.😊

You inspire me with all your food, Sherry! Besides, there's nothing inherently unhealthy about pasta or meat. Portion and how it fits into the overall diet and one's energy needs are what different outcomes.
