How to game the scale. Eat breakfast, drink coffee, drink some water, go for a leisurely walk. Come back and jump on the scale as you're changing into a swimsuit. Did I gain bone density, lose four pounds of fat or gain three pounds of muscle strolling around South Park in the sun? Nope.

Just including this for those who are interested. It's a tool, you have to watch overall trends. The overall data is interesting though. Didn't think I weighed less in the middle of the day. That is counterintuitive to me.
