yup, probably. TBH, that label scared me straight. chicken and some rice with broth tonight. nowhere near 41 grams of fat in that.
goal tomorrow is to get back to veggies and other organic matter. today was too much of a circus to get there.

Thanks, consumer affair offices, for processed-food labels! You can always trust them to scare you out of eating crap. However, they are not easy to read and understand for many people. In some countries, like Chile, they have done excellent work enforcing very clear, black labels to highlight when something is high in saturated fat, salt, sugar or calories. I wish we had that in Spain, too.

No kidding, I used to eat then log. Thank goodness I logged first. I don't use a lot of salt either. I'm not scared of it, nor do I have BP issues, but I might after eating that much. 😳

Make your own then you can make as much or as little as you want. It is so easy to do and tastes wonderful. I use half macaroni and half cauliflower and we prefer the mix to the original. Easy, delicious way to decrease the pasta carbs and sneak in a vegetable for both you and any kids. Small changes to favorite meal choices coupled with portion control. I do the final baking in a 1 cup ramekin. That’s it, no seconds, no leftovers.

@kenna, I usually cook most of my own meals but this is my "emergency macaroni and cheese" for when I work late, walk late and it's almost 9PM and I'm cold and hungry or it's just a bad day. wasn't bad enough though.
