Scrambled eggs in the blender. They look amazing. Volume is about twice that than what I’d cook in the pan. Two eggs and some liquid egg whites.
Verdict: pretty darn good. Super smooth and creamy. The recipe I ignored had garlic and chives and bacon bits along with 6 whole eggs and 1/2 cup of cheese. Wasn't needed. Clean up effort will determine if I ever do it again. Actually, I'll totally do it the next time my niece visits. She's our little scientist and I'll let her explain to her dad what happened in the blender.
