Woke at a surprising 230.8, down 3.3 from yesterday. I'm not doing anything but rededicating myself to the lower calorie target of 1680 per day. Actually, I went over by 100 yesterday and still did well. I'm also being more strict with 16:8 time-restricted eating. I had been having a scoop of protein powder at a minimum every morning. I'm holding off on anything except black coffee until noon each day. UPDATE: I host a Tuesday night online happy hour, so I had some red wine and a little whiskey. While I was on, Jason had Coldstone Creamery delivered. So I did eat a Chocolate Devotion sundae as well. I didn't eat anything else and sort of stayed close on calories. Tomorrow's weigh-in will tell the tale! UPDATE 2: I couldn't wait and did a pre-bedtime weigh in. Got to 228.4 after a huge day of water movement and probably some dehydration.
