Air fryer chicken. Light spray of grapeseed oil to let the Costco seasoning stick and to crisp the skin. I give most of the skin to the dogs, but I get to sneak a bite or two.  

This one is. 4lb chickie. The IP also could do a 4-5 bird. Could probably do bigger, but you want air to circulate. Instant Pot also has two cool ones. Those can do rotisserie air fry. Go to their page and look. I might have done that instead of this, but the price was so good. Plus, mom may still change her mind. That happens, too.  

I did actually take pics of the bird as I was cutting it. Let me know if you want glamour shots later when I log my lunch. It was very tender and retained moisture while skin was super crispy on the top.

I’m starting to think you have a chicken fetish. First you get all excited about Vel’s bondage chicken and now this. 😮

you brought up the chicken chastity belt Chris, so we'll both agree on the less in common thing. everything I know about trussing is either related to cooking or oddly enough, setting up camp, kinda like the ceiling of a structure.

Oddly enough was talking to a friend who has a ranch out in Ramona earlier today. Were you spying on us? I’ve lived in a lot of other places and was always a tomboy.
