Woke at 233.7, down 1.6 from yesterday. Going to fast today to get caught up on my calorie target. I have been missing the mark for the past couple of months. UPDATE: Great day of fasting and water movement got me to 230.5 at 5:30. Will continue fasting until protein coffee in the morning.
