Woke at 235.3, up 2.0 from yesterday. I binge-watched some late-night TV last night (The Good Place) and snacked on a jar of giardiniera and a bag of pork rinds (plus a few drinks). That used up a lot of my calorie budget for today. I will stick with protein and veggies to try to stay on track. UPDATE: Fasted until dinner (after protein coffee at 11 am). Got to 233.9 by 5 pm.
