I enjoy being among the users here on FS. I love reading the many victory stories and viewing before and after success pictures. I have no doubt in my mind that FS has made my maintenance easier and I don't have plans to stop using this site. I don't know why anyone who has reached their goal weight would stop using FS. I feel so many good vibes from most members here. I'm inspired by the pictures of so many healthy meals. I learn about many new foods and flavors that keep my meals tasty and healthy. I also appreciate the fitness tips and nutritional info I have learned here.
Yesterday I took the day off from trying to meet every activity goal. I ate under goal, met my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. BF up 0.3%
