Thanks, it was really delicious. and it is always easier to precook chicken when it's less hot. It's 90 here today, but not unbearable at the moment. normal for this time of year. august-october is when it gets crazy hot/cold between days.

I agree. We had yesterday’s veggies for lunch with turkey served cold (for me). Too hot for hot food in NY currently.
