Glad to see muscle mass is up because both my arms and legs were sore yesterday from that swim on Sunday which doesn't normally happen to me. Had a good swim last night (98 degrees at 6PM) and got 800 strokes with 10METs and stayed in the 130s for average heart rate. No walk, too hot for dogs as it was still 78 after dark until the middle of the night and I'm definitely not walking around in the dark without them. No skunks last night, so a good day all around.
