Woke at 222.0, up 2.2 from yesterday. Feeling the effects of that delicious sausage and peppers on a sub roll last night! Started the day with HIIT spinning and a cup of coffee. UPDATE: Had a very successful few sessions of moving water and waste, so I jumped on the scale before lunch and was 220.4! UPDATE 2: Weighed in at 4:30 after lunch and a few diet root beers and was back to exactly 222.0.
