Chicken tenderloins wrapped in Asian pear w/a little bit of cheese on top over (surprise!) sautéed kale and golden beet stems w/lemon juice. Pretty good lunch for tossing it together at the last minute. I'm eating the golden beet itself with dinner. Will probably roast it, haven't decided yet. I also tossed the last bit of the pear into the air fryer with cinnamon. Best air freshener ever.
