Super proud of myself! As some of you know, I was doing a workout challenge, Shawn T's T-25 Focus program which is 10 weeks of a daily 25 minute HIIT workout, and I'm done! I did it, I finished. I feel so amazing, and proud of myself for not missing a single day, no matter what I had going on. I have lost 5.6 lbs, but I know I have gained a lot of muscle as I am seeing so much definition! I have lost 0.5 inches off each arm, 2 inches off of each thigh, 2.5 inches off of my waist, and 2.5 inches off of my stomach (around the belly button).
Not only, did I finish my program, but today I created my own HIIT home workout and completed day 1 of it this morning. I am happy I have not lost that motivation to do something every day. Typically when a challenge is over, or a program ends, I don't have anything pushing me to move and I end up putting off working out, But I DID IT! Hoping to keep this motivation going, and continue to keep up this momentum.
I couldn't do this without the support and motivation from all of you!
