Back to normal and it tastes really good. I stopped and measured my olive oil today, funny thing, I wasn't using even close to a teaspoon so upped that since it's a healthy fat. Notched chicken back to 3.5 oz and added more veggies. Avocado is in the background because it's not pretty - from yesterday and a little brown. Tastes fine. Life is good.
