877 strokes in 30 minutes. Almost 100 more than usual lately. 154 average heart rate sustained. A little higher than I would have liked to hit, but i didn’t stop to check and I was swimming hard and fast the entire set. Most of the time I’m in the 130s/140s. Dropped down to 90 within 2 minutes. Good recovery. And now, 80’s.
