Slightly different mix today: spinach, chicken, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, avocado and more oil and vinegar. tiny bit of feta. base of the salad warmed in the microwave, stuff on top is cold. I like it that way for some reason. saving the kale salad mix for dinners now, hoping it will keep me more satiated through the evening.

Dinner will be spaghetti squash and I don't know what else yet. Probably red sauce, not sure on the protein.

Edit for me: 771 strokes at one notch higher. Sustained heart rate of 150 w/1 minute recovery to 110, 2 to 97. Way better than last year even. Burned a solid 100 calories more in the pool over 11/16/18. Can't see exact number of strokes back then but average for the month was 552. I don't know if I can do that every day, but I wasn't going for anything specific today, I was just annoyed at people.

Right? I think I'm going to put some in my spaghetti squash concoction tonight as well. Love them at peak freshness.
