Late to the journal today, didn't weigh myself because I was running late this morning for a meeting. I am trying to swim today (now, actually) and might be a little late. I do much better in daylight with the swimming. Can't talk myself out of it once I've changed.

This horrible workweek is almost over although I guess I'm coming back for a bit after the swim since I have a COB deliverable. At least the east coasters will be gone and I'll have relative silence to work with. I'm doing "okay" with the darkness so far. I hate it. Makes life seem so short and I want to go to bed as soon as I'm done with work.

Going to keep this short and jump in the pool. Once that workout is done, I will have a new seven day streak. If I go to the end of the year, I can make 60 days more or less, so that's the new goal at the moment. I did get a couple double workout days in there, so that's going well, too.
