Well, I'm already over on my Calories for the day, and it's not even dinner time yet! I foolishly bought some Chex Honey Nut Sweet & Salty Mix, and some glazed pecans, and glazed mixed nuts, and mixed them all together. I dreamed about iced cinnamon rolls last night, and ALMOST bought some of them at the grocery store. I just have ZERO self-control lately! There have been times in my life when I have been SOOO diligent in sticking to a strict diet plan, but I really can't even remember those times. I DO remember feeling slim last winter and early spring. I remember how flat my stomach was feeling, and remember buying leggins, but I can't remember how I limited my calories or went without numerous snacks during the day. I can't remember how I got in 64oz of water a day when I can't even get in 48 now. I am thankful that I AM doing better as far as keeping the house tidy. There have been YEARS at a time when I wouldn't let anybody in except the very closest friends. I actually would not let people INTO my house because it looked so bad. Tomorrow is psychiatrist. I'm not really expecting him to have any answers to anything, but it would be a REALLY nice surprise if he did!

How did it go at the doctor? We all have things we don't share with others...at least yours is a physical thing you CAN change. You are logging and checking in here...still a positive. This will help later when you log in here after making life changes and you will feel better about knowing what works, what doesn't, and what throws you off track. XOXO :) Be well.

Sorry, Deb, I seem to have posted JC's good wishes on the wrong thread! Oops. I hear your challenges with appetite. Sometimes I just feel too hungry to restrict my calories the way I know I should. I think ginger tea is helping me with that a bit, and of course, exercise helps. Best to you!
