Did a crappy job taking care of myself yesterday while pulling a 15 hour day at work. Basically got up, got dressed, went to work until 10, came in, went to bed. I don't think it's "good" but I ate under my calories vs. overeating. At the end of the fiscal year and I think it's going to be like this through the 30th. Almost every hour of it. Contemplating mimicking low-cal fasting since exercise is going to be a serious challenge until Tuesday and my caloric burn is pretty low. I'll fit exercise in on the weekend, but the workdays are going to be a challenge. Just being realistic and trying to plan as best I can. Going to use my stand reminders to do some squats or jumping jacks. Glad I finished that 45 day streak already. Next one starts October 1.

I did make some vegetarian chili and it's nice to have something solid to eat. Glad there's no cornbread though because I'd eat it all. Good cornbread, not the little box. Gotta have standards if you're gonna pay the price.
