So hot and humid today and worked really late. Took dogs for a medium length walk. Came home and got into the pool just to cool down, ended up doing more water aerobics stuff with the bands. Weird being in the water without swimming, but needed to give my shoulder a rest. Sciatic also giving me a little grief. No doubt from sitting too much at work, will try to make an effort to stand during these endless calls.

Nice! Have you tried stretches for the sciatica? I suffered with it last year, until I did stretching.

@gz9gjg, yeah, I need to do the stretches for them to work though, right? I didn't realize I'd sat so long without moving this week. put a note on my computer to stand up, move around, stretch during the day.

What worked for me: lay down on back, bend knee on affected side, cross it over the other leg, press and hold.
