Still on 'vacation' but finally back home. So today, I can easily stick to protein shakes and running.
Next week I plan to go back to my normal diet. However, I still have this weekend to get through...

@Erquiaga - Yeah the only bad thing is I can see and 'feel' the 'extra fat' on my body. I know it will take *weeks* of my up and down water weight gain and loss cycles for it to slowly go back down. I wish I could just fast 11 days like I have done in the past, but, no way I can find that willpower, not enough motivation.

@Fritzy 22 - Thanks :) I honestly just got tired of feeling 'boated' and feeling like I have to constantly eat to avoid the tired feeling of falling blood sugar. I am just doing a one-day 'reset' right now. The "real" back-on-track starts on Monday 👍🏾
