Overestimated my calories yesterday and intentionally kept it low fiber all day. My "pizza" was white thin crust w/thinly sliced ham and pecorino, so probably not as many calories as I logged and I nibbled on the tiramisu, so same there. My abdomen is still swollen this morning, but the pain isn't as piercing, so I might be doing okay, next few days will tell. Another day of lots of water. Didn't weigh myself as the numbers get frustrating. It will shoot up (swelling and water retention) and fall once this episode is over. I use my pants as my guide during these things. Also using the kneeling chair today instead of my regular one. Lets me stretch backward and I'm not doubled over either. We'll see if I can swim tonight or just need to take a gentle walk.
