Today is day four or five and I'm still down 1/2 overall, so I'm logging it for progress even though it's been both lower and higher this same week. Interesting thing is that my body fat reads up from 39 to 40 this morning, but the weight is down. I am not concerned with that number, but I can see where it might make someone nuts. Good timing, because I have a weekend full of the promise of great temptation. Heck, got invited to join a drunk running hash group last night when the dogs and I walked up to their post run celebration. Summer in SoCal, dude. Party on!

I think I'll do another week of this since I had some stops and starts and then switch back. I had already decided I am not going give up fresh fruit such as strawberries when they are readily available and not that detrimental anyways.

Got some dresses I ordered last week yesterday. Two are going back because they're too big, so I am now firmly a medium most of the time. Pants are mostly eights, so that's cool, too. Decision is whether I exchange or just return and wait until the end of summer to see where we land. I think I'll probably exchange them though. They're feel good hot weather dresses and it will be nice to have them as options. Subject to change as soon as I drop the packages in the post. I can always get off my butt and alter them.

Edit: I also noticed that I somehow restarted my weight loss calendar so that it looks like I've only lost three pounds or something like that. Not true, it's way more than that. What do I need to change??? Might mess with it, assuming it is in settings. Or should I just get over it?
