The scale said 66.4kg this morning. Average daily calories for the week was 1674 and I did 1.5 hours of YouTube workouts as well as my almost daily walk to the shops. I seem to only be maintaining if not slightly gaining at this point so I should probably lower my calories to 1500 this week, but we're having a friend for dinner on Friday and having lunch with family on Sunday so I'd be lucky to keep it under 1700 for the week. Took my measurements this morning though and down 1cm on bust and waist. Would like to lose 2cm around my waist and hips to feel more comfortable so will measure again on the 1st of July. Still would like to get to goal in the next couple of months, but if my measurements improve I'll be happy with that too.
