Woke at 231.2, down 1.2 from yesterday. Lots of exercise and a very light dinner yesterday. UPDATE: Fasted all day while attending some training. Took a nice hour long walk at lunchtime and got plenty of Vitamin D. Weighed 230.2 when I came in from work.
