I just discovered how to create the crackers about two weeks ago. Since then, I've posted the recipe a couple times (for requests) on different challenges and in my Journal - and I've eaten all SIXTEEN crackers with avocados one day and all 16 with Boursin cheese and Butter on another occasion. So yes, you've probably seen it recently. I'm just SO HAPPY to be able to have crackers again!!!

@liv001, I know you MEANT well with your comment, but you just forced me to go on Amazon and order a set of four plates!!!! I've been wanting to for FOREVER (though I can't find the ones I REALLY want), and I just got a $50 Amazon gift card that I was itching to use! Thanks for the boost I needed. Expect to see a little variety from now on!

I feel so inferior in the "presentation" and "plating" department, compared to some of the folks on here (who I'm sure are secretly Food Photographers by profession!)

We made the rolls tonight! Cheesy meatball subs. Such a treat! I died when I bought my psyllium husk and there was a big banner across the label saying COLON CLEANSER. I was hoping for a more subtle Red Mill bag. They were great. Thank you

I'm glad you liked them. They are SO versatile and relatively easy to make (especially with my extremely precise, excellently formulted instructions, LOL). You've GOT to make the crackers! Isn't it great to be able to eat "REAL" bread that is low carb and high fiber!!!?
