Got up to help “a friend in need” at 1:45am this morning, and STAYED up all day. Didn’t even have breakfast until after 1pm. Just forced down an Asian Pear to try to get in SOME fruit – but I’m too tired to worry about trying to make all the minis today! I have eaten less than 800 calories all day, so haven’t gotten in my Fiber OR my Fats. DID drink every ounce of my water before NOON, though. It’s not quite 4pm, but, for me, it’s BEDTIME! Just took some cough medicine so I can sleep undisturbed.

If I wake up early, it’s okay, because I can get so much done when everyone else is sleeping. When my husband is well, he usually spends all day (except time to eat one meal while watching one or two TV programs) in his office, working on his sermons for Sundays and Wednesdays. Since he’s been sick, he’s been planted in the living room, watching tv most of the day. That’s usually where IIIII plant Myself to do all my computer work. He slept most of the day today, so he’s ready to watch TV now.

Man what a day Debbie. Get some rest and will see you tomorrow for the weigh in. Not sure I will rock it, not trying to be negative, but just realistic!! But que sera sera, and look forward to checking in with y'all. Hope everyone feels better at the house!

Couldn’t go to sleep, no matter HOW tired I was. Got up and ATE! Got in the 20+ grams of Fiber, stayed within my RDI (1,640 of 1,675 – goes DOWN to 1,650 tomorrow, and down by 25 Calories each week thereafter!) With the ½ baked potato I ate, I got in my 5 servings of Fruits and Vegetables. NOW, If I an only have a decent BM by tomorrow before weigh-in, my life will be complete!
