In a somewhat better mood today. Didn't cut away early yesterday, but still got the steps in before bedtime. Both my hips are bugging me last couple of days, which is odd. It's not my joints, it's the hip flexors being super tight all the time. All I can figure is that sitting here in the relative cold isn't doing me any good. I am wearing layers today and that helps. Feel like a little kid in Michigan again. Honestly, snowpants would help take the edge off the cold in this uninsulated office of mine. Or maybe some of those little heaters I put in my gloves for skiing? I kid, of course, but if you've ever sat relatively still at 55 degrees for 8 hours, it does funny things to your body.

I think I'll run for a minute on the treadmill when I go inside to get the blood flowing. The good news is that it's sunny today and that makes me happy. Gorgeous blue skies and sunshine.
