Mash the garlic and toss the Brussels sprouts with the rest of the ingredients. I added a tbs of honey to the mix, adds a few carbs but I can fit it into my meals. Brown butter tastes amazing with the lemon juice, have to watch the pan carefully. It goes brown butter to burnt butter so quickly. I didn’t have any walnuts so I used a small handful of pistachios.

@Keilin_4, yes, the taste of Brussels sprouts is similar to green cabbage. Parboiling in salted water, then sauteing them in plenty of butter and minced garlic, is my favorite style.I love the idea of adding walnuts!

Jumm! I will have to try it, I don't like too much the cooked cabbage though, I eat cabbage almost every day but raw, I make it salad , I love cauliflower.

Keilin I would say they have the cabbage funk and cauliflower nuttiness and slightly bitter the way broccoli is, but not as "sharp." man describing tastes is hard

Oh man I love sprouts! Especially roasted 🤤🤤 I rarely eat them though. I want to eat a lot of them but their carb count really adds up
