Ever slightly leaner. I think I'm overworking myself(constant soreness) so this upcoming weekend will be a nice recharge. Heading to father-in-laws where they will spoil me with gifts and food. So. much. food. I will do my best to not gain 10 pounds in a couple of days but no promises. No gym or a deficit unless my willpower is awesome and I do some IF but it will be tough! Tonight will be my last work out before the Christmas trip to Wisconsin. I'll make it a good one and maybe some of the gain will be muscle. :)

Thanks so much everyone! I won't tackle anyone and I give firm but gentle hugs. 😂 It will be cold but it could be worse. 10-20 degrees is what I'm used to already in Illinois already so it won't be a shock haha! And winter isn't here yet...

muscles or tendons giving you grief mate? glucosamine helps so much more then I would have expected

Glucosamine and chondroitin mate, they help me immensely for joints and tendons. Not sure if they have Voltaren in your neck of the woods but Voltaren cream is the bomb

Yeah there was at supplement that I used to take that combined all that plus fish oil is supposed to help as well. I need to look into getting that again.

I gave up taking fish oil, I think I eat enough tuna to have that covered hahahaha. Swisse do a combo of both glucosamine and Chondroitin in high strength. A 1 a day tablet
