I was a little sad bc the food was so yummy, but Rosie you’re right! I should be glad my stomach is shrinking. It’s a long term change!

I drink a bottle of water before each meal too ,and I am known when my stomach is full,I just don't listen ☹

My stomach organ has shrunk too since starting back up with keto. This week I have been getting hungry more often but can’t eat much at a time. Like a few pickle slices and a mini babybel cheese or a few nuts and some kraut. This morning I ate one egg and a little sausage.
So it’s not a terrible problem, but I also hate wasting food...

Mamamc, I’m on keto too :) just started 3 weeks ago. Besides eating less my skin cleared up and my pores are shrinking. It’s the only diet that I can stick with because I don’t feel hangry and my fav foods are keto. Though I do miss the idea of carbs, once I take a bite I realize I don’t miss it that much. :) :) :)
