For the most part yes. Depends on the person really...

I don't think I can get good abs without surgery(will never get it,I'm not that vain lol)to much fat Keith skin sticking around. Time will tell skin could firm up. If I didn't have good looking abs at 6% though i doubt I will ever be happy with them lol

Keith, from urban dictionary Dad bod 1) "Dad bod" is a male body type that is best described as "softly round." It's built upon the theory that once a man has found a mate and fathered a child, he doesn't need to worry about maintaining a sculpted physique.
