Hey thanks for the kind words John! Thanks LZenn! The funny thing is that I'm actually up almost 4 lbs from my lightest and I think it's just because I'm not jogging anymore so I'm not sweating out the extra sodium because I know I'm looking leaner. Glad you're enjoying those vids!

You know, the longer I stick with it the more I can see why people make steroid accusations for the truly dedicated. Anyone thinking that you need steroids to look like this need to follow Eric Helms on Instagram. He has been showcasing some bodybuilders from early 1900's before steroids were even invented or discovered who are bigger and leaner than I. Maybe you're joking but it's understandable either way. Thanks for the props though!

And John, thanks for the link, I actually hadn't seen episode 5 yet. I am going to keep my calories at around 4k for a little longer. Maybe it is "diet break" intake. I am not sure if I am in a deficit or not. Maybe 4k is maintenance.

Those body builders from the early 1900's weren't exposed to all the junk additives in foods. The first time I went to Europe in 1984, I lost weight and felt better then ever. Good food with no hormones, etc.

I don't notice any difference to my early days when I was a "bro". I am not saying they are all beyond me(some are some aren't) and I don't think I am at my natural limit. It was their job so even I pale in comparison to the work they put in plus they were the genetic elite of their time.
