Sadly, progress and gentrification has ruined my favorite carniceria and more importantly, their pollo asada burritos. Ordered two for our dinner and they were full of rice and beans. Tragic. They used to be a simple but gloriously seasoned chicken, guac and salsa, alas no more. I'm going to ask the manager if I can simply order what I want, but if the answer is no, I'm back to cooking my own.

I didn't eat any of the rice, beans or the tortilla. Not for the carbs, it's the calories and how I want to spend the ones I get.
