Shopped, swam and walked dogs tonight. Hoping for a nice drop by Monday. I wore a sun dress today that I think I bought in 2000. The difference between muscle and fat is that the last time I fit in this dress I was about 125 lbs, but I’d lost all my muscle. I’m currently 153.5, but feeling much fitter this time around. Strong, not cold all the time. I feel good. Had a strange guy hitting on me in Home Depot, so I guess I’m looking much better, too.
